1. Who is the controller

ITS GOD MODE LTD, a private company registered in England and Wales, company number 17476112, registered office Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom, is the data controller for itsgodmode.com. Contact for anything in this policy: support@itsgodmode.com.

2. What we collect

• Email correspondence: if you write to support@itsgodmode.com, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you send. Kept so we can reply and pick up the thread later.
• Server logs: our hosting and content delivery provider logs IP addresses, user agents and requested URLs for security and abuse prevention, retained for a short period by that provider. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

We collect no payment data on this site, because nothing is sold here. We do not collect special category data, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

3. Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no tracking scripts. There are no third-party fonts, embedded trackers or social pixels: every asset on the page is served from this domain. That is why there is no cookie banner. Our content delivery provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell real visitors from automated attacks; it is not used for tracking or advertising.

4. Lawful basis

• Legitimate interests: answering your email, keeping the site secure and preventing abuse.
• Legal obligation: keeping business records where the law requires it, and responding to lawful requests.

5. Who we share it with

Only the processors that make the site and the inbox work, each under a data processing agreement, and only the minimum they need: the hosting and content delivery provider that serves this site, and the mailbox provider that holds our inbox. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, ever. We will disclose data where the law requires it, and we will tell you unless we are forbidden from doing so.

6. The stores are separate sites

The loop stores this page links to (stageloops.com, projectorloops.com, hologramloops.com, halloweenloops.com, windowloops.com, xmasloops.com, showloops.com, projectionloops.com, artificialloops.com, seamlessloops.com, backgroundloops.com) are also operated by ITS GOD MODE LTD. Each has its own privacy policy covering orders, payments and downloads. If you buy something, that store's policy applies to the purchase.

7. Where it is held

Primarily in the UK and the EEA. Some processors operate in the United States; where they do, transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

8. How long we keep it

• Email: 24 months from the last message in the thread, unless it becomes part of an order or a contract, in which case it is kept for as long as the records for that order must be kept.
• Server logs: held by the hosting provider for its standard short retention period.

9. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or send it to another provider. Email support@itsgodmode.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge. We may ask you to confirm the address you wrote from so we do not hand your data to someone else.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Our inbox and systems sit behind access controls with multi-factor authentication, and secrets are held in an encrypted store, never in code or email. If a breach ever affects your rights, we will notify the Information Commissioner's Office within 72 hours and tell you directly where we are required to.

11. Complaints

Come to us first: support@itsgodmode.com. If we do not put it right you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, or at ico.org.uk.

12. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
