By using this site you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

3. What this site is

itsgodmode.com is an information page for ITS GOD MODE LTD and an index of the loop stores we operate. It takes no orders and no payments. Descriptions of the stores and their products here are a summary; the store's own product page is the authoritative description of what you are buying.

4. Buying from our stores

Every purchase is made on the store itself (stageloops.com, projectorloops.com, hologramloops.com, halloweenloops.com, windowloops.com, xmasloops.com, showloops.com, projectionloops.com, artificialloops.com, seamlessloops.com, backgroundloops.com) and is governed by that store's terms of sale and licence, refund policy and privacy policy. Each store is operated by ITS GOD MODE LTD and lists its own support address.

5. Ownership and permitted use

We own, or are licensed to use, the copyright and all other intellectual property in this site: the artwork, footage, previews, text, the ITS GOD MODE name and wordmark, and the store names and logos. You may view the site, and share links to it. You may not copy, download, scrape, reproduce, redistribute or reuse any of its artwork, footage or design, use it as training data for a machine-learning or generative model, or present it as your own, without our written permission.

All artwork shown is original. We do not use third-party characters, logos or likenesses; if you think something here infringes your rights, email support@itsgodmode.com with the details and we will look at it promptly.

6. Acceptable use

Do not try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, interfere with how it runs, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access from anyone who does.

7. Links

This site links to our own stores. Where it links anywhere else, we are not responsible for the content or practices of that site.

8. Availability and accuracy

We keep the site accurate and running, but we do not promise it will always be available, error free, or that every store it lists is open at any given moment. Some stores are marked as coming soon and may not be trading yet.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, because this site is provided free and sells nothing, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including lost profit, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one in force.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you keep the right to bring a claim in your own local courts.
